Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Exchanges:  
• Accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags.  
• Not eligible: Worn/washed products, hygiene items, custom prints, or products marked “Final Sale.”  

Process:  
• Email us at kouchure@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason, and photos (if applicable).  
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup (where available) or share the return address.  
• Returned items undergo quality check (24–48 hours after arrival).  

Refunds:  
• Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC.  
• COD orders refunded via UPI or bank transfer.  
• Shipping and COD fees (if charged) are non-refundable.  

Cancellations:  
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.  
• After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. Refusing delivery will be treated as a return (shipping fee may be deducted).
